A personal approach to exceptional flooring
I’m Steven Foster, founder of Steven Foster London. I’ve spent many years working with luxury carpets and bespoke rugs, helping homeowners, interior designers and property professionals create beautifully finished interiors.
For me, luxury isn’t simply about price. It’s about quality materials, attention to detail and personal service from the first conversation through to installation.
I personally oversee every project, working alongside our experienced fitting team to make sure the finished result is something I would be proud to have in my own home.
Steven Foster London was built around a simple idea: choose beautiful materials, understand the space they are going into, and take care over every detail.
London’s Carpet & Rug Specialists
Steven Foster London supplies and installs carefully selected carpets, bespoke rugs and stair runners for homes, interior designers and hospitality projects throughout London and the surrounding areas.
We help clients choose the right material, colour, texture and finish for each room, combining practical advice with a strong understanding of interiors and installation.
From the first samples through to measuring, supply and professional fitting, your project is managed with one clear point of contact.
Luxury Carpets for London’s Homes & Interiors
The right carpet can completely change the feel of a room. We source wool carpets, soft silk-look finishes, textured carpets and contemporary designs for bedrooms, living spaces, stairs and complete properties.
Every recommendation considers how the room will be used, as well as colour, texture, comfort, maintenance and the overall interior scheme.
For projects requiring something more individual, we create bespoke carpets in custom colours, designs and finishes.
Professional Carpet Installation in London
Our fitting team installs carpets and stair runners in private homes, apartments, interior design projects and hospitality spaces throughout London.
Every installation is carefully planned before fitting begins, helping us achieve a clean finish around doorways, stairs, landings and architectural details.
Depending on the project, our service can include home measuring, subfloor preparation, underlay, furniture moving, removal of existing flooring and professional finishing.

Bespoke Rugs in London
Create a rug around your room rather than trying to make a standard size fit the space.
Steven Foster London supplies made-to-measure rugs for living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces and larger residential and hospitality interiors. Options include bound rugs, hand-tufted rugs and hand-knotted designs, depending on the required finish and budget.
We can advise on dimensions, proportions, materials, colours, borders and edge finishes to create a rug that works naturally with the furniture and surrounding interior.
Why Clients Choose Steven Foster London
Choosing flooring is easier when one person understands the project from the beginning.
Steven works directly with homeowners, interior designers and property professionals to help select suitable carpets, rugs and runners, organise measuring and coordinate installation.
